Return Policy
At AltaCameoJewelry.com, your satisfaction with our unique selection of cameo jewelry is paramount. If you need to return an item, we've made the process simple and straightforward.
Return Period:
- You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.
Condition of Items:
- All returned jewelry must be in its original, saleable condition without any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
- Items must be accompanied by their original packaging, certificates of authenticity, and any other accompanying documentation.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom-made, personalized, or bespoke items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase are not eligible for return.
- Items that have been damaged or altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.
Return Process:
- Request an RMA: Contact our customer service team at cameoclassico@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Secure Your Item: Place your item with all original packaging and materials in a secure shipping package. Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship Your Return: We recommend shipping your return using a trackable method and insuring the package for its full value. AltaCameoJewelry.com is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
- Inspection: Upon receipt, our Quality Assurance team will inspect your return to ensure it meets our conditions for acceptance.
Refunds:
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of our receiving and inspecting the return.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- In the case of items purchased with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued for the amount of the return.
Exchanges:
- If you'd prefer to exchange an item, please return the original item using the process above and place a new order for the item you'd like in exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment so we can make it right.
