Return Period:

• You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.

Condition of Items:

• All returned jewelry must be in its original, saleable condition without any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
• Items must be accompanied by their original packaging, certificates of authenticity, and any other accompanying documentation.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Custom-made, personalized, or bespoke items are final sale and cannot be returned.
• Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase are not eligible for return.
• Items that have been damaged or altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.

Return Process:

1. Request an RMA: Contact our customer service team at cameoclassico@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Secure Your Item: Place your item with all original packaging and materials in a secure shipping package. Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package.
3. Ship Your Return: We recommend shipping your return using a trackable method and insuring the package for its full value. AltaCameoJewelry.com is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
4. Inspection: Upon receipt, our Quality Assurance team will inspect your return to ensure it meets our conditions for acceptance.

Refunds:

• Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of our receiving and inspecting the return.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• In the case of items purchased with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued for the amount of the return.

Exchanges:

• If you'd prefer to exchange an item, please return the original item using the process above and place a new order for the item you'd like in exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment so we can make it right.
